The proposed annual General and Charitable Budgets will be presented in writing to the General Membership for adoption no later than the September General Membership Meeting/Function.

The proposed budgets will be posted for 30 days. Then they will be voted on by the general Membership the following month.

The adoption of the annual General and Charitable Budgets may be made by a majority vote of a quorum at the October General Membership Meeting/Function .
